Introducing the Family Closet by T4mpat Premium Selection — our largest Premium storage format, designed for customers who prefer their belongings to be stored in a dedicated, air-conditioned room with active dehumidifiers.

With 2 m³ of storage capacity, the Family Closet provides additional room for clothing, luggage, bags, personal belongings, household accessories and other items you want to keep securely stored in Bali.

📐 Dimensions & Specifications

• Width: 1 m
• Depth: 1 m
• Height: 2 m
• Storage volume: 2 m³ (approximately 70.6 ft³)
• Position: Ground level for convenient access
• Environment: Dedicated air-conditioned room with active dehumidifiers

❄️ Air Conditioning & Dehumidifiers

Our dedicated Premium room is designed around a target temperature of approximately 25°C and relative humidity of 40–60% RH.

Air conditioning helps manage room temperature, while dehumidifiers help control excess moisture. Temperature and humidity are monitored as part of the room's environmental management.

Our existing storage facilities continue to offer secure, well-managed storage with ventilation and humidity management appropriate to that environment. Premium Selection is an additional choice for customers who specifically prefer air conditioning and active dehumidification.

🧳 Ideal for Personal Belongings & Household Storage

The Family Closet provides dedicated space for items such as:

• Clothing, seasonal garments, bags and accessories.
• Suitcases, travel essentials and personal belongings.
• Books, documents and personal memorabilia.
• Selected electronics and accessories, appropriately stored.
• Household accessories and personal collections.
• Additional belongings that require more space than a Sky Locker or Nomad Cabinet.

It's a practical option for travellers, expatriates, villa residents, families and anyone who wants a dedicated place for belongings while travelling, relocating or living between destinations.

🏠 Convenient Ground-Level Access

The Family Closet is positioned at ground level, making it convenient to load and retrieve belongings without needing a stepladder platform.

Its 2 m³ capacity offers the most storage space of our three Premium formats, making it a suitable choice for customers who want additional room and straightforward access.

🔐 Security & Controlled Access

The Premium room benefits from the wider T4mpat facility's security arrangements, including:

• Motion-triggered CCTV monitoring and AI-supported movement detection.
• An alarm system and controlled, double-gated facility access.
• A dedicated Premium room with restricted access.

🤝 Optional White Glove Collection Service

Prefer not to transport your belongings yourself? Our optional White Glove Collection & Concierge service can be arranged for an additional fee.

Services will include collection, transport, placement of items in your closet, and a photographic storage report, subject to the agreed service arrangements and availability.
