We recommend calling or WhatsApp-ing us to discuss your storage requirements before making a booking. Many customers overestimate the amount of space they need and end up reserving a larger unit than necessary—spending more than they should. With our years of experience and in-depth knowledge, we can help you choose the right unit size from the start, ensuring your belongings are stored securely while keeping your costs as low as possible.

To secure a storage unit with T4mpat Self Storage, we’ll need the following:
- Full Name – exactly as shown on your passport
- Contact Information – an active WhatsApp number and email address
- Address – your address in Bali or your home country
- Passport Copy – a clear photo of the passport photo page (for verification and contract purposes)
- Recent Selfie – head and shoulders, for facility access control
- Storage Start Date – the date you’d like your rental to begin
- Unit Size/Type – the storage unit you’ve chosen (we’re happy to help recommend the right size)
Once we have these details, we’ll prepare your rental agreement and confirm your booking — or you can submit everything directly via our WhatsApp Booking Form .

Is it possible to just send my belongings to the storage?
Yes! At our Kerobokan facility (for Travellers, Jumbo, Mini, and Micro Lockers only), you don’t need to come in person. Simply:
- Book your unit via WhatsApp using our booking form.
- Send your items through GoJek’s GoSend or Grab.
- Our team will receive your belongings and carefully place them in your assigned locker, securing it with either your padlock or one of ours. 👉 Rentals under 2 weeks include free use of a borrowed padlock.

Long-term prepay deals are available: pay 5 get 6 months, pay 10 get 12 months, pay 15 get 18 months. Minimum rental varies by unit: standard storage typically has a 7‑day minimum; some lockers (Kerobokan) have no minimum.

Units are built with climate‑ready materials, smart natural ventilation, tiled floors, and we run dehumidifiers during periods of high humidity or rain. - Padlocks are available for purchase at Rp50,000 each.
- Boxes are no longer sold at our facilities, as most customers prefer to pack their belongings at home. For convenience, we recommend doing a quick Google search for “Box Kardus near me” to find packaging suppliers in your local area.

- Security at T4mpat Self Storage AI-Powered CCTV – Movement-triggered cameras that record activity and instantly alert our team 24/7.
- AI-Triggered Alarm System – A 120-decibel alarm that activates on movement and immediately notifies our team around the clock.
- Strict Security Protocols – In the unlikely event of unauthorized access, we have confidential procedures in place. While the details remain top secret, you can rest assured your belongings are safe at both of our locations.
- Double-Gated Entry – A single controlled access point with double-gate security.
- Controlled Facility Access – Only verified customers and their authorized contacts are permitted to enter and access units.

- Customers who need to access the storage facility outside of regular business hours may do so by appointment.
- An additional fee applies: Rp30,000 for up to 30 minutes
- Rp50,000 for up to 1 hour
- Rp50,000 per hour thereafter
- Please contact us in advance to schedule an after-hours appointment.

How safe are your storage facilities from flooding, and what precautions have you taken?

How safe are your storage facilities from flooding, and what precautions have you taken?
At T4mpat Self Storage, flood safety has been a priority from the very beginning. Both of our facilities were carefully selected and engineered with long-term protection in mind:
- Kerobokan Facility (Jl. Tegal Cupek) Located 31–40 meters above sea level at the top of a natural valley with excellent drainage into a nearby stream. We’ve held this property since 2008 and in over 15 years we have never experienced flooding in this area.
- Denpasar Facility (Jl. Cargo) Perched on a steep incline, about 65 meters above sea level (±5 m), well above surrounding low-lying areas. During construction, we raised the land at least 1 meter above road level, added a reinforced retaining wall, and built a deep stormwater drainage system surrounding the back and two sides of the facility. These systems ensure rainwater is quickly and safely channeled away from the building.
In summary: Both sites were chosen and built to stay dry even during extreme weather. Our track record—spanning more than 8 years of operating secure self-storage in Bali—shows our facilities remain safe and unaffected, giving you peace of mind that your belongings are protected year-round.

- We offer a wide range of payment options for your convenience:
- Bank Transfer – Local Indonesian bank accounts (details provided upon booking)
- International Transfers – via Wise, Revolut, or Remitly
- Cards – Credit, debit, or charge cards (physical or contactless) are accepted at the Kerobokan facility only
- PayPal – Accepted in US Dollars
- Local Fintech / E-Wallets – OVO, GoPay, LinkAja, Dana, ShopeePay
- QRIS – Scan-and-pay option for supported Indonesian e-wallets and banking apps
- Cash – Payable at the office during business hours
- 💳 Payment can be made once you receive your online invoice via WhatsApp. Your booking will be updated and confirmed once payment has been received.
