Cargo Kenanga No.20, Ubung Kaja, Denpasar Utara, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80116 Indonesia Email: sales@t4selfstorage.com · WhatsApp/Telp: +62 811-388-1842 +62 82 144 122 343 or +62 811 3960 1842 2) Use of the Services - You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indonesian law. - Information you provide must be accurate and complete; you authorize us to contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding your booking. - Identity verification may require submission of ID/passport and a selfie, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. - Use of the Services for unlawful activity or to facilitate storage of prohibited goods is strictly forbidden. 3) Storage Bookings & Agreements - Bookings (including via WhatsApp) are subject to availability and confirmation by us. - Rental terms, unit dimensions, and pricing are as listed and may be updated; the specific terms applicable to you are those confirmed at booking and in your Storage Agreement. - Payments, invoicing, and renewals are governed by your Storage Agreement and our policies. 4) Prohibited Items Without limitation, customers may not store: cash, precious metals/stones, explosives, weapons, illegal substances, perishable goods (unless properly packaged), hazardous or flammable materials, living organisms, or items prohibited by law or by our Storage Agreement/policies. 5) CCTV, Security & Access Facilities employ CCTV and access controls for safety and security. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and consent to reasonable security monitoring consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. 6) Intellectual Property The website’s content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and layout are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission except as permitted by law. 7) Disclaimers The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we use reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components. Information (including pricing/availability) may change and is subject to confirmation. 8) Liability & Indemnity To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Your property stored is subject to the Storage Agreement’s terms, limitations, and exclusions; you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful acts, or prohibited items. 9) Third‑Party Services The Services may integrate third‑party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, maps, analytics). Your use of such platforms is subject to their terms and policies in addition to ours. 10) Changes We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our operations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved first through amicable negotiation; if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts in Denpasar, Bali unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
